It is a subtle thing. You are sitting in meditation and your consciousness is getting alert, awake, as thought in the back ground there is a thousand headed cobra!  How many of you felt alterness?  That is the symbol of alertness. It is a symbol of wakefulness in a deep state of rest.  That is meditation, wanting nothing, doing nothing, and no effort.  There are two types of descriptions.
